The handrail. Fits perfectly in the hand - stylish on the cubicle door.
Toilet doors can be opened in many different ways. For example, by operating a classic door handle set as well as by turning a one-hand door knob or just pressing against a door handle. They all have one thing in common - they open the door to the toilet cubicle. However, when this classic door opening function is presented in a particularly aesthetic look, then an apparently inconspicuous detail of the toilet partition becomes a real design highlight. And this was exactly what our developers and designers had in mind when they created the new handrail from Schäfer.
The feel of the handrail is very pleasant for the user. The rounded edges fit perfectly in the hand. Both the feel and the look speak for themselves. The matt, natural anodised handle is available in different sizes and is custom-made according to the type of system. The handrail has an integrated free/engaged indicator. This indicator changes visibly from white to red when the toilet door is locked. The emergency opening is located between the occupancy indicator. This enables the locked door to be opened from the outside. For maintenance and cleaning work the cubicle can be easily locked in this way. This is done with the help of a hexagonal tool. Cleaning and maintenance are simple and effective due to the materials used. Optionally, the handrail can be combined with an LED light band. This energy-saving light strip indicates the locking status clearly visible next to the handle. This makes it even easier and more comfortable for the user to find a free toilet cubicle.
